Three steps, and nothing prints until you say so.

1. Place the order

Pick the product, the size and the finish, and on a card choose Design and print. On the same page, give me the words you want on it and, if it has a photo, the largest version of it you have. You pay at checkout, and shipping is added there.

2. I design it and send you a proof

I lay it out and email you a proof, usually in two to three days, or within one business day for a straight reprint. Read it the way you would read anything with your name on it: the spelling, the dates, the giving link. Two rounds of changes are included, and each revised proof comes back within one business day. A further round is $50. If I haven’t heard from you, I’ll check in, and the order waits until you’re ready.

Nothing goes to press until you tell me the proof is right.

I have missed typos on cards and had to reorder them. I have put the wrong dates on invites and printed the wrong event name on banners. Every time, I had looked at the file and seen what I meant to write. So I check your proof before I send it, the names, the dates, the spelling and the links, and then I ask you to check it too. You know your details better than I do, and two people catch what one won’t.

3. It prints and ships

Once you approve the proof, it goes to press the next business day, and printing takes four business days (one or two for flags and sidewalk signs). Then it ships by the service you chose at checkout. Ground usually takes one to five business days, depending on how far you are from the press. I email you the day it ships.

How long, start to finish

Two to three days to the first proof, however long you take with it, a business day to reach the press, four business days on press (one or two for flags and sidewalk signs), and then shipping. If you approve the first proof the day you get it and ship by ground, plan on two to three weeks. If you need it by a particular date, order with room, and tell me the date in the box headed “Anything else I should know”.

When you need it again

On prayer cards, bookmarks, connect cards and reply cards, choose Reprint to run the same card again, or Reprint with changes if a name, a field or a photo has changed. I keep the artwork, so there is nothing to send unless something is different, and the proof for a straight reprint comes within one business day. Banners, backdrops, tablecloths and flags work the same way. A reprinted banner or backdrop comes with all new hardware, and the price includes it. A reprinted flag comes with a new pole and base if you choose them.
